Returns that are placed through www.biorepmedia.com are accepted within 30 days of the date that you received your order. In order to be eligible for a refund, books, DVDs and CDs must be in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition.
NOTE: We are unable to accept returns placed with other vendors.
To process a return, you must first receive a return authorization number. Products shipped to our facilities that have been opened or arrive without a return authorization number cannot be refunded. To be issued a return authorization number, please send an email with your name, order number, and reason for return to sales@biorepmedia.com or contact a representative in our sales department at 1 (855) 5-BIO-REP.
